Normally, all orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and your destination. We only ship within the Contiguous 48 states of the USA. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or any international addresses. Sorry, no PO Boxes, FPO or APO addresses

take for me to get my order? Some items are shipped from the East
Coast and some from West Coast. Special BOverlySales items are only

Cancellations:
If the product has been discontinued, your order will automatically be canceled. If the product has been backordered, we will let you know how long it will take to come back into stock and you will be given the option to either cancel the order or keep it open.
Returns:
-We are not responsible for losses or damages sustained in transit. Any shortages or damages sustained in transit must be reported and noted at the time of receipt of merchandise and BOverlySales.com must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
-All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) issued by BOverlySales.com
-Product(s) returned without this authorization will be refused. Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number.
-Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
-Merchandise can be returned within 30
days of sale. *Cash refunds will not be allowed for Gift Cards
